REMARKS :
REMARKS :
#
Camshafts for use in the Megane III turbo 250hp engine.
This engine uses a VVT camshaft on intake (as in the standard configuration)!
#
ONLY for dirt track applications and pro street use with adjustable engine management or carburettors
#
for BIG TURBO conversion (std to big turbo)
#
Check distance between valves and piston to be 1mm at least with VVT engaged. Wrong installation will cause severe engine damage!
#
VVT reprogramming, operating range adjustment or even eliminating the VVT system should be considered for camshafts with increased duration
#
The VVT system on the intake camshaft changes the cam timing continuously (and so the lift at TDC):
-
1st intake valve: 120° (disengaged)
-
2nd intake valve: 124° (disengaged)
-
1st exhaust valve: 118° (no VVT)
-
2nd exhaust valve: 114° (no VVT)
