camshafts for 2nd generation 3S-GE engines. Please check following dimensions before ordering:
- cam base diameter: 28mm
- cam follower diameter: 31.0mm
- shim diameter: 28.0mm (between cam and follower)

When upgrading from "shim over tappet (28mm contact area)" to "shim under tappet (31mm contact area)", 3rd generation profiles can be used. Please note that you need to convert the tappet, spring and retainer!

3 generations exist in the TOYOTA 3S-GE engine:

1st generation: 28mm tappet with 25mm shim between cam and follower (base circle diameter 28mm)

2nd generation: 31mm tappet with 28mm shim between cam and follower (base circle diameter 28mm)

3rd generation: 31mm tappet with 13mm shim between follower and valve (base circle diameter 32.5mm)
! When ordering please make sure to order the camshaft that fits your application of followers and base circle diameter. 1st generation camshafts are only available on special request
